Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Comprehensive medical and surgical management tailored to each patient’s needs (HOLEP laser enucleation, prostatic artery embolization, and ejaculation-preservation using the REZUM™ technique).

• Urologic Cancers:
  • Comprehensive management of kidney, bladder, testicular, and prostate cancers with innovative treatments adapted to each condition. Our specialists use advanced techniques such as robot-assisted surgery, focal therapy (HIFU), and photodynamic therapy (HEXVIX) to ensure optimal comfort and recovery after treatment.
• Pelvic Center:
  • This centre of reference offers specialised care for urinary incontinence problems, pelvic floor disorders, chronic pelvic pain, and an overactive bladder. We offer a holistic approach assisted by multidisciplinary team that includes urologists, gynaecologists, pelvic floor rehabilitation specialists, psychologists, and sexologists.
• Sexual Medicine:
  • Sexual Medicine Centre: We offer comprehensive care for both male and female sexual health issues, from erectile dysfunction to libido disorders. Our approach is global, combining psychological, medical, and surgical treatments personalised to each patient’s individual needs.
• Urinary Stones:
  • We treat kidney and urinary stones using modern techniques such as extracorporeal lithotripsy (ECL), laser fragmentation, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), ensuring minimally invasive treatment and a faster recovery time.
• Urinary tract malformations:
  • Early detection and treatment of urinary tract malformations.

Urology includes a number of acute and urgent pathologies: renal colic or spermatic cord torsion in adolescents, for example.
The Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace’s accident and emergency department has an emergency urology service. A urology registrar is always present with a senior consultant urologist on-call.

The hospital beds for inpatients are in the Surgical Specialties department on the 4th floor of the Princess Charlotte building.
